What SWISSLOG for DOS?

The DOS Version was first released in 1987 and became one of the most appreciated computerized logbook among Radio Hams. This fact is mainly due to its high flexibility and to the numerous included available functions.

In 1995 SWISSLOG for Windows was released. Nevertheless, the DOS version was continuously enhanced and it made it over to the year 2000. The reason is, that for many Hams the DOS version has enough function and it performance very well on older PC's, which are very often found in the shacks or are used for mobile and portable operation. Many also use a combination of the DOS and the Windows Version. At home they use the windows version and abroad the DOS version. The logs made with the DOS version can very easily be imported into the windows version.

The DOS version was put into the public domain in December 2001. You can download it and use it free of charge.
